- At the 2nd visit, I will present you with my market analysis as well as a marketing plan designed to get your home sold as quickly as possible, at the best price possible.
- Through a few years of analyzing why some homes sell and why others do not, I have developed my own "Saleability Scorecard". This scorecard gives us a good idea of how successful we can be in the sale of your home and forms the basis for eligibility in my "Sell in 120 Days or FREE" promotion.
